One-time help
Use Quick Support for ad-hoc sessions. The person you help reads you a code; their device is not billed as a managed computer.
Who it's for
Small IT teams and MSPs who support client Windows PCs and want to see problems earlier. Your first device is free, forever; each additional device is €2.50 a month (VAT excl.).
Name clash
Telmetra is not Temetra (Itron). If you were searching for utility meter-reading software, you're in the wrong place.
