Telmetra is a remote-support and endpoint-management service provided by AUTRADY EOOD, Varna, Bulgaria. Features may include remote access, telemetry and event-log collection, alerts, automatic analysis and client reports (Telmetra Insights), file transfer, organization administration, and session audit functions. Availability and features may vary by plan, configuration, and release.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and ensure that users acting for an organization have authority to do so. You may use the Service only for systems you own or are authorized to access.
You are responsible for ensuring that monitoring, remote access, and recording comply with applicable law. You must provide notices and obtain authorization or consent where required. You decide whether a computer asks the person at it before a remote session starts (prompted mode) or allows unattended access, which shows no request, and you remain responsible for the notices either way. You must not use the Service for unauthorized access, unlawful surveillance, harassment, or other prohibited conduct.
Session recording is controlled by the customer organization. When enabled, it can retain screen recordings and selected session input and audit data. It is not a representation that all sessions are recorded. The applicable recording materials are retained for 30 days after a session, subject to documented legal holds, customer-retention requirements, and other lawful exceptions.
Telmetra Insights is off for an organization until an administrator of that organization turns it on in Profile. When it is on, it analyzes event logs and monitoring data with fixed rules, not an AI model, and produces findings and client reports. This output is informational: it covers only the kinds of problems the Service checks for, may be incomplete or wrong, and is not a security audit, certification, legal or compliance determination, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing it before you act on it or share it, and a report you give to a third party is your own statement.
For account, billing, partner-program, security, and service-administration data, Telmetra acts as controller. For Customer Personal Data collected through a customer’s monitored systems or remote sessions, the customer is normally controller and Telmetra processes that data on the customer’s instructions. The Data Processing Agreement applies to those processor activities.
Charges, billing periods, and applicable taxes are shown for the relevant account or invoice. Payment may be processed through Stripe or by bank transfer against a Telmetra-issued invoice, as offered for the account. Bank invoices are based on the billable used capacity shown on the relevant invoice, rather than unused purchased capacity.
Cancellation and approved refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and any applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory statutory rights.
Telmetra may offer an optional Partner Referral Program to eligible organization administrators. Participation requires acceptance of the Partner Referral Agreement. Commission is based on eligible revenue actually collected by Telmetra and may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, credits, voids, fraud, or errors.
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as available” and without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every alert, finding, or recording will be available or accurate, or that the Service will meet every customer requirement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Either party may end use of the Service as permitted by the applicable account or agreement. Following termination, access may end and records may be retained or handled according to the Privacy Policy, DPA, applicable law, and any lawful hold. These Terms do not promise automated account, billing, or partner-record deletion.
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law or contract. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, subject to mandatory law that applies to you.
