Remote support and monitoring, together.

Most teams run a remote-access tool and a monitoring tool separately. Telmetra combines both, so the health context that explains an issue is already open when you connect to fix it.

Security by design

No exposed ports. No RDP on the internet.

Every device connects outbound to Telmetra, so you never open inbound firewall rules or forward ports to reach it. Sessions run over encrypted transport, with a connection history kept for accountability.

The problem

Remote support is slow when every session starts blind.

You connect first and diagnose second. A small issue turns into a long ticket, a missed early warning becomes an outage, and patch drift quietly raises your security risk.

Remote control with real-time context.

Telmetra combines remote access and live health context, so your first click is the right one.

Plus file transfer and clipboard, so you can finish the job in one session.

Deploy in minutes, not days.

No complicated setup. Start with one device.

1. Create a deployment link

Generate a short-lived link for the device you want to add.

2. Install the host

Run the one-time installer. No manual configuration needed.

3. Start working

Monitoring and remote support begin as soon as the device comes online.

Everything else, under the same login

Secure networking, verified backups, and ticketing that remembers the last session, so nothing falls through the cracks after you disconnect.

More than remote support

Catch drive failures early, prove backups are running, and keep an audit trail for accountability.

Storage health

SMART data and scheduled scans catch drive failure signals before they become data loss.

Session recording

Optional recordings and an audit trail, for accountability, QA, and compliance reviews.

Maintenance automation

Schedule disk cleanup, manage startup apps, and control sleep settings across devices.

Built for secure remote support.

Concrete controls, not vague promises.

  • Remote sessions run over encrypted transport, with access restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
  • No inbound ports, no port forwarding, and no RDP exposed to the internet.
  • A connection history (who connected, and when) is kept for accountability, with optional session recording for a defined retention period.
  • Host revoke and unrevoke controls let you cut off a device's access immediately if it's ever compromised or decommissioned.

No. Telmetra requires no inbound ports, no port forwarding, and no RDP exposed to the internet. Install the Telmetra agent on the device, or launch Quick Support for one-time access, then connect securely from your browser.

Remote sessions run over encrypted transport, and access is restricted to authorized personnel and contractors on a need-to-know basis. Our DPA does not claim encryption at rest, and it does not state that Telmetra staff are unable to view session content. By default, screen content is streamed live for the active session only and is not recorded. Your organization can optionally enable session recording; when enabled, recordings and selected session input/audit data are retained for 30 days after the session (see our DPA). Monitoring data you choose to enable, such as system health and service status, is available to your organization for day-to-day operations, and a connection history (who connected, and when) is retained for accountability.

Telmetra is an EU-based company headquartered in Varna, Bulgaria, and our primary service infrastructure runs in the EU. Exact processing locations can vary by provider, configuration, and deployment, so we don't claim EU-only processing in every case without confirming your specific setup. For telemetry and remote-session data from the machines you manage, you remain the data controller and Telmetra acts as processor under our Data Processing Agreement. For your account, authentication, and billing records, Telmetra is the controller. Stripe may process payment details outside the EU under contractual safeguards — that applies to billing only, not telemetry. Full detail is available on our GDPR and sub-processor pages.

Yes. A single Telmetra account supports a client record for every customer you manage. Devices, tickets, and sessions all stay organized under the right client, and billing is per additional device, never per customer. Your first device remains free.

Yes. Monitoring runs continuously in the background, whether or not a session is active. The health and status checks you configure keep reporting around the clock, and you can set alerts with email and push notifications so you see a problem before your client does.

Yes. Each managed device shows pending, installed, failed, and critical Windows updates, plus whether a reboot is required, so you can catch a missing or failed patch before it becomes a security or stability problem.

Telmetra runs scheduled backups of folders and SQL Server data, sending them to Google Drive, Backblaze B2, or a file server. Every run is recorded, and you're alerted immediately if one fails.

Telmetra supports Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server, and you can connect from any browser, including on a phone. macOS and Linux hosts aren't supported yet. For one-time assistance on a Windows PC, use Quick Support.

Create an account, add a client, then add one device. Install the MSI on that Windows PC, wait for it to come online, and connect from your browser. For one-time assistance instead, the end user simply runs Quick Support.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account's subscription settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Additional devices are billed monthly, and cancelling stops all future charges. Prepaid periods and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Email [email protected] or use the in-app chat. Our team supports installation, login, and billing questions Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00 EET. We don't provide on-site work or support for third-party software.
