We use cookies or similar storage that are necessary for authentication, security, CSRF protection, session operation, and requested Service functions. They are set without waiting for the cookie panel. Disabling them can prevent sign-in or other core functions.
telmetra_cookie_consent, up to 180 days, with a copy in your browser’s local storage), a note that you have ticked the legal agreement before signing in with Google (tm_legal_preconsent, 30 days), and a note that you dismissed the two-factor prompt (tm_2fa_prompt_dismissed, 30 days). On your first visit Telmetra sets two first-party cookies for 400 days, without waiting for the cookie panel:
tm_aid: a random identifier that is not derived from you. HttpOnly.tm_utm: the campaign parameters (source, medium, campaign, content, term) of the link that first brought you to the site, if it had any.Telmetra uses them to follow how visitors become customers: sign-up steps and product milestones are recorded with the identifier, the campaign parameters, the referring page, and, once you have an account, your user and organization identifiers. The records stay in Telmetra’s own database and are not sent to an advertising network. Telmetra does not delete them automatically at present.
Some pages load resources from other providers as soon as they open: web fonts (Google Fonts), icons and script libraries (Cloudflare cdnjs, jsDelivr, the DataTables CDN), Google sign-in and One Tap on the home, sign-in, and registration pages, and Stripe on the payment page. Each request tells that provider your IP address and browser details. In addition, error reports from the site (exception details and the page path) are sent to our error-reporting provider, and the server sends request and error diagnostics to Application Insights without cookies. See Sub-processors and Service Providers.
Where enabled and consented through Telmetra’s cookie settings, Telmetra may use non-essential analytics, session replay, performance monitoring, support-chat, and campaign-measurement technologies. Current providers may include Google Analytics, LogRocket, Application Insights (in the browser), Crisp, and Apollo. Session replay (LogRocket) can record what a page shows and what you do on it. It is not loaded on the pages that show a remote session or take a Quick Support code.
Browsing or using the site does not grant consent. Each tool depends on its applicable category and may change as tools are enabled, disabled, or reconfigured. The cookies and storage these providers set are theirs; their names and lifetimes are described by each provider.
Telmetra provides its own consent panel for preferences, analytics, and marketing tools; choices are kept in your browser and are not sent to a consent-management provider. Your choice is stored in a cookie for up to 180 days and in a copy in your browser’s local storage that stays until you clear it. You can review or change it through Cookie Settings. Changing it reloads the page; cookies that a provider has already set may remain until you delete them in your browser settings. Browser controls may also block or delete cookies, but can affect essential functionality.
Cloudflare and Turnstile may be used for security, fraud prevention, and bot protection where enabled. The specific technologies and data involved depend on the service configuration and the page you use.
The Partner Referral Program does not rely on a non-essential cross-session marketing or advertising cookie for attribution. Attribution is normally recorded when a visitor registers using a referral link or code, with temporary server-side state for the signup flow where applicable, or through authorized staff correction. The first-party cookies in section 2 are separate and are not used to credit partners.
See our Privacy Policy and Sub-processors and Service Providers for related information. We may update this policy as our use of technologies changes. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
