Partner Referral Program for MSPs and IT partners

Telmetra’s Partner Referral Program lets eligible organizations share an organization-owned referral link and earn a recurring commission (default 20%) when referred customers pay for eligible subscriptions. Commission follows money actually collected—via Stripe or bank invoice (billable used slots)—then pays out in EUR by SEPA after a hold, minimum threshold, and partner tax invoice. Income is not guaranteed.

How it works

  • Org admin activates the program and accepts the Partner Referral Agreement.
  • Share your unique organization-owned referral link or code.
  • New customer organizations are attributed at registration.
  • Commission accrues on collected eligible revenue (Stripe or bank invoice).
  • Upload your invoice when the balance is available; Telmetra pays via SEPA EUR.
Who it’s for

Built for people who already recommend remote IT tools

MSPs, IT consultants, communities, and complementary vendors can participate as independent referral partners. Activating the program does not by itself make you an employee, agent, reseller, or distributor of Telmetra.

MSPs

Refer customer organizations that need remote control, monitoring, and related operations in one platform.

IT consultants

Share a stable org-owned link with clients evaluating secure remote support tools.

Communities

Point members at Telmetra with a single referral code owned by your organization.

Vendors

Introduce mutual customers without needing a separate reseller agreement by default.

Commercial defaults

Transparent defaults—not income promises

These are current product defaults locked into the agreement version at acceptance. Negotiated rates may apply for strategic partners. Referral volume and customer retention vary; there is no guaranteed income.

~20% default rate

Commission on eligible subscription revenue actually collected. Strategic rates can be locked per agreement version.

€50 min · 30-day hold

Balances below the minimum carry forward. Commission clears a validation hold before it becomes available to invoice.

SEPA EUR + invoice

Upload a partner tax invoice (PDF) when ready. Telmetra pays approved balances to the partner org IBAN via SEPA.

Eligible revenue

What counts toward commission

Eligible revenue is subscription money Telmetra actually collects for attributed customer organizations, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, free service (including the free endpoint allowance), and other non-commissionable amounts.

Stripe (card / online)

Commission follows confirmed payment or invoice collection events for eligible subscription charges (ex-tax net where available).

Bank invoice

Commission follows billable used slots on the customer invoice—not empty purchased inventory sitting unused.

Org-owned attribution

The referral link and earnings belong to the partner organization. First valid attribution locks when a new customer organization registers with that referral.

Privacy-friendly by design

v1 attribution uses the referral link/code and short-lived signup session state—not non-essential marketing cookies for cross-session tracking.

Common questions

Partner Referral Program FAQ

Direct answers to the questions partners ask before sharing a link.

What is Telmetra’s Partner Referral Program?

An organization-owned referral program where partners share a unique link or code and earn recurring commission on eligible subscription revenue collected from attributed customer organizations, subject to the Partner Referral Agreement.

How does the partner referral program work?

Activate as an org admin, share your referral link or code, earn when referred customers pay eligible subscription charges, wait out the hold, upload a tax invoice, and receive SEPA EUR payout when approved.

What is the default commission rate?

The default is about 20% of eligible subscription revenue. Strategic partners may negotiate a different rate locked into the accepted agreement version.

What revenue is eligible for commission?

Subscription money actually collected by Telmetra for referred customers, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, and free service. Stripe uses confirmed collection; bank invoices use billable used slots.

Does Telmetra use marketing cookies for referral attribution?

No for v1 cross-session tracking. Attribution prefers the referral link/code at registration and short-lived server-side session state for the signup flow.

Is income from the partner program guaranteed?

No. Referral volume, retention, and commission amounts vary. Telmetra does not guarantee minimum income or conversion rates.

Who can activate the Partner Program?

An organization administrator with authority to bind the partner organization, after accepting the Partner Referral Agreement and providing required legal and SEPA bank details.

Where do enrolled partners manage the program?

After activation, day-to-day status, referral list, balances, and payouts live under /Partner. The public overview stays on this page.
