AUTRADY EOOD, trading as Telmetra, is the controller for account, billing, partner-program, security, and service-administration data. A Customer using Telmetra to monitor computers or support end users is normally controller of that customer-managed data; Telmetra acts as processor on the Customer’s documented instructions.
The Service can process telemetry (including the names of the busiest programs), inventories of installed programs, startup items, services, and processes, Windows user names, Windows Event Logs, device and network identifiers (including serial numbers, MAC and IP addresses, and devices seen on the local network), storage-health data, remote-session audit records, file names, paths, and sizes, files or metadata selected for transfer, and session content (screen, input, and, while a session is active, clipboard text and file lists). Session content passes through Telmetra servers over TLS and is not end-to-end encrypted. Session recording is organization-enabled. When enabled, it may include screen recordings and selected session input and audit data; it is not represented as always active.
Telmetra Insights, an optional analysis feature, derives findings and client reports from Windows Event Log counts and monitoring data with fixed rules. It does not use an AI model, and it is off for an organization until an administrator of that organization turns it on in Profile. Event logs are counted on the monitored computer and are not stored on Telmetra servers for this purpose (a computer with an older agent is read through the existing event-log search and processed in memory). See Privacy Policy section 11.
Customers must establish their own lawful basis and provide any notices, authorizations, employee consultation, or consent required for their monitoring and recording use.
Documented legal holds, security investigations, customer-retention requirements, and other lawful exceptions may change these periods. Account, billing, partner, and legal-version records are governed by their applicable retention requirements; this page does not promise their automated deletion.
Telmetra uses access controls, authentication, logging, and TLS in transit. Google Drive OAuth tokens on the Windows host are protected with Windows DPAPI (LocalMachine). Backup file content uploaded to Google Drive stays in the customer’s Google account and is not stored on Telmetra servers. Details are in the Privacy Policy data-protection section. This overview does not claim EU-only processing or certifications unless verified for the relevant deployment or agreement.
Telmetra’s public provider register distinguishes customer-data subprocessors, Telmetra controller-side service providers, and customer-selected integrations. Hosting of the Service and related customer data uses Vultr (The Constant Company, LLC), with an instance in Frankfurt, Germany; the provider is established in the United States and processing is under a written data processing agreement, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Other provider locations, transfer safeguards, and contracts depend on the service. The AI provider used for installer address suggestions and administrative content assistance is described in the register. We do not claim EU-only processing or that Stripe is the only possible third-country transfer.
Requests about Telmetra controller data may be sent to [email protected] with the subject “GDPR Request.” For customer-managed endpoint data, customers are responsible for responding as controller; Telmetra will provide reasonable assistance consistent with the DPA and applicable law.
If you believe there is a security incident involving the Service, contact the same address promptly with the subject “Security Incident.”
The Article 37 DPO assessment is ongoing and periodically reviewed as Telmetra’s processing activities change. Telmetra does not state on this page that a DPO has been appointed or that appointment is not required. Privacy enquiries should be sent to [email protected].
